DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 196/2003 –
THE PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION CODE

within the meaning of sec. 13 of the Legislative decree 196/2003 ("Personal data protection code"), 
we provide you hereunder the disclosure in relation to the processing of your personal data that it will be operated by FRONT ROW TRIBE S.r.l., with registered office in Milan, Tax No. and VAT code 08969380966 
(the Company”), in respect of the services displayed on the Company website (see infra definito); among the others, the Company provides a particular service that allows the users to hire and/or purchase designer clothes (the Business).

A. OWNER OF THE DATA PROCESSING


The Company is the owner of the processing of the personal data that you communicate at the time of the registration and/or subscription to the website www.frontrowtribe.com (the “Web Site”).
The personal data collected by the Company through the website are: name, surname, date of birth, delivery address and billing address, e-mail address, height, weight, measure of the bust, main size and stock one.  (the “Data”).

B. FINALITA' DEL TRATTAMENTO


The Data are processed for the correct fulfilment of the contract and/or law obligations in order to implement the required service.
The conferment of the data is necessary in order to achieve the purposes above; the partial, inexact or non-conferment of the Data might lead to the impossibility to continue the Business.

Newsletter: subject to your express consent, the Data collected by virtue of the completion of the newsletter subscription (name, surname and e-mail address) will be used for the submission of informative and commercial material. The conferment of such Data is vital for the subscription to and the use of the newsletter: therefore, in case of refusal or failure to communicate the required Data, it will not be possible to receive the Company newsletter. You will be however able to delete your subscription to the newsletter any time, following the procedure in the newsletter, or by submitting the relative communication to the Company.

C. METHOD OF THE DATA PROCESSING


The data will be process through manual and IT instruments by members of the staff and Company collaborators and/or external parties properly appointed as responsible of the processing, instructed by the Company with detailed information about, above all, the adoption of minimum safety measures laid down by the Privacy Code. D. WITH WHOM WILL WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?


Your Data will be processed by subjects (even external to the Company) designated as responsible of the processing who received, in this respect, proper informative instructions with particular reference to the adoption of minimum security measures in order to ensure the confidentiality and security of the Data.
The communicated Data will never be spread, but they may be communicated – for the same purposes of the collection – to third parties belonging to the following classes:

- Subjects who supply services for the management of the computerised  
and telematics Company system;

- Subjects who are responsible for the control, review and authentication of the company's activities, in your interest too;

- Consultants or other individuals who supply connected services.

In particular, you can: (I) obtain confirmation whether your personal Data have been obtained or not, and have said data transmitted in intelligible form; (II) know the origin of the Data, the purpose of the collection and the processing methods as well as the logic applied when the data is processed with the use of electronic instruments; (III) request an update, a correction or, if you are interested, an integration of the Data; (IV) obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blockage of the Data processed in breach of the law as well as oppose to their processing for legitimate reasons; (V) oppose to the usage of data in case that they are used to send advertising material, commercial information, direct marketing and interactive marketing communications.

The Private Policy hereby refers only to the Website.
The Website contains links to third party websites above which the Company does not exercise any form of control. Therefore, the Company will not be responsible for any processing of personal Data performed by such third parties.
