How does FRT work?

How long is the rental period?

The rental period lasts for 4 days.
We suggest reserving the dress 2 days before your event.
For example, if you have an event on Wednesday
reserve the dress for a delivery on Monday and return it on Thursday.
If the last day of your rental period is over the weekend,
the return will have to be done the following Monday.

 
When do I have to return the dress/dresses?

The dress/dresses have to be returned on the last day of your rental period.
Therefore the fourth day.


Can I return the dress before the last day of my rental period?

Yes, you can return the dress/dresses before the last day of your rental period.


If I return the dress before the last day of my rental period,
do I have a right to a refund?


No, you do not have a right to a refund if you return a dress/dresses
before the last day of your rental period.



What happens if I return a dress after the date agreed for the return
and therefore with a delay?


For every day of delay you will be charged an amount equal to the 50%
of the rental price of the product, for a total of 7 days.
After this period of time has passed, you will be charged the amount equal to the retail price of the product indicated on the detailed description of each product visible on the website (retail price).

How do I return the dress? Do I Have to pay?
 
The return is free, don’t worry!
You will always receive a return slip in the box with your dress
which will explain in detail the procedure you have to follow for the return. 
Below you can find all return options.
 
TO RETURN FROM MILAN THESE ARE YOUR OPTIONS:

1. Drop Off
Send us an email at help@frontrowtribe.com  
the day before your rental period is over or any time before to schedule a time 
between 9.30 - 18.30 for your return.
The drop off must be done on the last day of your rental period or any time before,
from Monday to Friday at the following address:

* Drop offs are accepted only from Monday to Friday between 9.30 - 18.30.
If your last day of rent is on a Saturday or Sunday, you can drop off your dress on the following Monday.
Always consult the return slip you will receive in the box with the dress for detailed information.
 
2. Pick Up
Send us an email at help@frontrowtribe.com on the day before your rental period is over
or any time before with the following information:

- your order reference number
- address where to pickup (can be different from where we delivered)

Our courier will pick up your package on the last day of your rental period between 09.00 - 19.00

* Pickups are done only from Monday to Friday and must be scheduled
for the last day of your rental period or any time before.
If your last day of rent is on a Saturday or Sunday,
your pickup will be scheduled on the following Monday.
Always consult the return slip you will receive in the box with the dress for detailed information.

TO RETURN FROM REST OF ITALY THESE ARE YOUR OPTIONS:

1. Drop Off
You can drop off packages at any UPS drop off location on the last day of your rental period
or any time before.

2. Pick Up
 Schedule your pick up directly from the UPS website on the day before your rental period is over
or any time before by clicking on the following link: Schedule A Pickup


 Fill in the form by following these instructions:
 
Section I. Yes, you do have a pre-printed UPS shipping label.
 
        Section 2. Fill in your personal information.
The UPS account number is not required, leave this section empty.
 
        Section 3. Select 1 as the number of package(s) in your pickup.
Insert 5 kg as the total weight of the pickup.
Select in UPS services in your pickup: UPS domestic services: UPS Standard
Your pickup does not contain items that weigh more than 32 kg.
 
        Section 4.  Select your last day of rental as the pickup date or any time before.
Select the earliest pickup time at your best convenience.
The last pickup time has to be at 17.00 or before.
The pickup reference is not required,  leave this section empty.

* Please note that the pick up times vary according to each location.

When can I reserve a dress?

You can reserve a dress up to 6 months ahead, or anytime before your event.
We suggest reserving the dress 2 days before your event.
For example, if you have an event on Wednesday reserve the dress for Monday.

SHORT NOTICE!
Depending on availability, you can also reserve a dress
for a next day delivery (excluding weekends).
This option is available if you reserve a dress by 14.00 and it has an additional shipping cost of € 10.
The shipping method used is UPS Express which guarantees a next day delivery between 10.30 - 12.00.

If in Milan, depending on availability,
you can reserve a dress for a same day delivery (excluding weekends)
even if the first available date appearing on the website is the following day.
This option is available if you reserve a dress by 14.00 and it has no additional cost.
The shipping method used is a local courier company which guarantees a delivery between 15.00 - 19.00.
Make sure to send us an email at help@frontrowtribe.com 
by 14.30 if you would like a same day delivery.

* Rental periods cannot start on a Saturday or Sunday as we do not deliver on weekends.
You can therefore reserve a dress with a rental period starting between Monday and Friday.
For example, if you choose Friday as the first day of your rental period, your dress will be delivered on Friday and you will have to return it on the following Monday.

 
 How can I make sure the dress will fit me?

Each product has a detailed size and fit description that can help you choose the correct size.
When ordering a dress you can also choose a second backup size with no additional cost
(if second size is available in the dates requested).
 
 
What happens if the dress does not fit me?

When you receive your dress/dresses, if none of the sizes fit,
you can choose another dress and we will do our best to deliver it on time for your event.  
If none of the sizes fit and there are no other available dresses for the dates requested 
or there are no other styles you like, you can choose between a refund or a store credit.
 

What is the second size?

When ordering a dress you can choose a second backup size with no additional costs 
(if second size is available in the dates requested).
 
 
How can I change the dress I ordered?

You can email us at help@frontrowtribe.com before the dress is shipped
and we can help you modify your order.
 

How do I know the dress will arrive on time?
 
UPS Standard guarantees a delivery between 1-2 working days.
UPS Express guarantees a next working day delivery between 10.30 - 12.00.
Milan Courier guarantees a delivery between 09.00 - 19.00 on working days.
We do not ship on weekends or national holidays.

How does dry cleaning work?

Don't worry, we take care of dry cleaning.
All dresses are sent to a professional dry cleaning company after each rental period is over.
Our dry cleaning service ensures that all dresses are washed and ironed at the highest standards.


What happens if I accidentally stain or damage a dress?


Our mandatory insurance of € 5 covers all minor damages, including minor stains.
Significant damages and theft are NOT covered under insurance.
In regards of any stains, you can clean ONLY the stain immediately with ONLY water
or NOT clean the stain at all as we will take care of it once the dress is returned.
DO NOT use any washing, stain removing or any other products on dresses.

What happens if I need to retouch a dress?


Due to shipping&handling you might need to retouch the dress.
Here are some useful tips to easily eliminate wrinkles.

1. Use a steamer for best results. It will also expose the dress to less risks.

2. If you don't have a steamer, use an iron with a cloth for protection between the dress and the iron.
Iron at a low/medium temperature or at wool setting.
DO NOT use the iron in direct contact with the dress.

3. If you don't have an iron or a steamer,  a useful home-made tip is to:

- hang the dress in your bathroom

- turn on the hot water in your bathroom, close the door and let the water run until it creates steam
(make sure that the dress is in a safe place and NOT in direct contact with water)

- leave the dress inside the bathroom for a few minutes

- this will help eliminate any wrinkles on the dress

P.S. make sure not to burn yourself with the steamer, iron or hot water
and remember not to flood your bathroom!


What is the pink Front Row Tribe tag for?


Every dress has a pink Front Row Tribe tag
that you should NOT RIP OFF until you are sure you will wear the dress.
Claims regarding refunds or store credits will only be possible
if the dress/dresses are returned with the tags attached.

What happens if I rip off the pink Front Row Tribe tag? 

If you rip off the pink Front Row Tribe tag from any of the dresses received (including second sizes),
these will be considered as worn and will therefore be charged.

Which payment methods are accepted  for a rental or a purchase?
